Meeting Space & Conference Center

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Saratoga –Capital Region, invites you to have your conference, meetings and important events with us here in the beautifully tranquil Saratoga Spa State Park. The Saratoga Spa State Park, with its Old World charm, is one of the finest parks in New York State.

It is composed of 2,200 acres in a picturesque natural and man-made landscaped setting. Our facilities include golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, picnic areas, swimming pools, hiking and biking trails, and a performing arts center and theater. The park is uniquely known for its world famous mineral baths and springs. Saratoga Spa State Park is a National Historic Landmark and is noted for its diverse cultural, esthetic and recreational resources. Most of the 85 structures within the park were built between 1915 and 1935 lending to its historical ambiance and charm.

The classical architecture continues to distinguish the Spa as a unique part of the history of Saratoga Springs. Housed in this historic complex is the Administration Building where we have two large conference rooms and two smaller conference rooms that will comfortably accommodate your needs. Another conference room is located in the Victoria Pool Complex. All facilities are totally accessible to those with physical disabilities.

The Gideon Putnam Room
This large room, on the first floor measures 33’X41” (1,353 sq. ft.), and will seat between 90 and 100 people auditorium style and approximately 64 people classroom style.

The Executive Conference Room
This room is located on the first floor and is conveniently located. Room has a gallery feel with modern and historical photographs of Spa Park lining the walls. The room measures 24’X24’ (576 sq. ft.), and has a large conference table that comfortably seats 10 to 15 people, chairs may be added to outer perimeter if needed.

The Commission Room
Our smallest room located on the second floor offers an intimate setting looking over the Main Mall. The room measures 26’X15’ (390 sq. ft.), and will seat 10 at the large conference table, with room for 15 –20 more persons around the rooms perimeter.

The Ice Cream Parlor
This is our most unique room, historically it was the ice cream parlor for the pool located in the Victoria Complex. The Parlor offers a private setting with classic beauty. The Parlor has two rooms, a lobby that measures’ 930 sq. ft., unavailable during regular pool hours. The main room measures 1200 sq. ft. There is no white board available in this room.

Additional Facilities

We will also help you think outside of the box when planning your meetings. The Gideon Putnam Hotel, Hall of Springs, Saratoga Automobile Museum, SPAC and the National Museum of Dance all have meeting and rental space.

Here at Saratoga Spa State we strive to offer the most appropriate and technologically advanced equipment for all of you business needs. All equipment listed below is available upon request.

Included in room rental

Chairs, tables, wipe ’n’ write board with markers, easels, standing podiums, tabletop podiums, 9x12 screens.

Equipment available for additional charge.

You are welcome to bring your own equipment, but you will be responsible for your own set-up, security and storage.

Food Service

Call the Park office for beverage service rates for coffee, tea and hot water.
Catering service also available upon request for market value plus nominal set-up fee.
